Perfect way to start a healthy fitness routine for the long haul!
The first beginner class is at 10:00 Saturday March 21st
The following beginner classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00 P.M. so if you miss Saturday, no big deal, hop in the following week.
The classes are 30 minutes long and they slowly progress the fundamental movements of CrossFit to help prepare you for our regular class that you can attend at your convenience
The classes are taught by Head Coach Austin Nedelcoff L3 CCFT
